| I believe certain ATI hardware provides a composite sync signal natively. However, that isn't part of the VGA spec so most devices only provide separate horizontal and vertical syncs which means you need to have a circuit like this to combine them. |

| I don't know but lot of site tell you how to convert vga to scart In other site there are Absolutely NO filter and resistence. I have tried lot of time without them, are you sure there are no other way to built up it??? |
