Fixed some of the SQL to add score attributes to other tables.
Modified score weightings.

Fixed bug that would've prevented learning programs that have
already been seen in the program listings.
There was no primary key in the bayeshistory table. You need
to --reinit I'm afraid. This also makes the SQL queries made
while learning way more efficient.
